Q. What inspired you to start?
A. I joined with the goal of dieting - losing weight.
When I started, due to the impact of COVID-19, I had fewer opportunities to move my body. Even just walking made my body feel heavy, and running left me breathless.
Q. How soon did you experience results after starting?
A. About 3 months after starting, I began to see a decrease in weight. In the 11th month since joining, I achieved a weight loss of approximately 10kg.
However, as I continued to come twice a week, I gradually became able to run.
Q. What differences did you notice before and after starting?
A. I started feeling lighter in everyday situations, like going up and down stairs, compared to before.
Consulting with the staff about exercise and dietary habits contributed to the results.
Engaging in low-oxygen running allows me to clear my mind and serves as a reset for the pent-up feelings from work. It's also beneficial for stress relief.
Q. Do you have any advice for those considering starting?
A. If you continue twice a week and pay attention to your diet, you will definitely lose weight!
