Occupation: University Student, Athletic Soccer Team

Introduction:
Interestingly, Michele was once a student at the Tsukamoto Dojo in his childhood.

Q. What inspired you to start?
A. I wanted to supplement my stamina deficiency.
I really couldn't keep running.
Q. How soon did you experience results after starting?
A. I noticed right away.
I come three times a week. As an athlete, I think it's only regular.
From the day I first came, I could feel the difference the day after.
Q. What differences did you notice before and after starting?
A. Before starting low-oxygen training, I used to get exhausted in the second half of the game, and my stamina was not holding up well.
However, since starting low-oxygen training, the number of sprints during the game has increased, and I feel that the scope of my play has expanded.
I can move more easily in the second half, and thanks to that, my overall performance has improved.
Improved stamina has reduced the risk of major injuries, allowing me to compete physically.
Q. Do you have any advice for those considering starting?
A. I believe there are many athletes who have the same concerns.
It's nothing but positive, and there are no downsides.
I think it's perfect for soccer players!
